Reunion, Donuts, and Neal 38

Kairos Community,
Saturday we have a Kairos Reunion. This is the first reunion since Neal 37. Please come and encourage the man you prayed for and hosted. Reunions include men from previous Kairos Weekends, so we ask all male volunteers to come encourage the men in white on Reunion weekends. This is a wonderful place to serve our ministry if you are at a point in your life where serving on an entire Kairos weekend is no longer an option. I spoke to many of you who now fall in this category. You are still wanted and needed in our ministry!

Where: Neal

Also, please feel free to join us at 6:45am for breakfast and fellowship at the Donut Stop at I-40 and Grand. We will eat breakfast and pray before heading to the reunion. While t he reunion is for our male volunteers, I encourage ALL our volunteers, male and female, current and past volunteers, to join us for breakfast.

What to bring: name badge and identification(like a driver license)
Optional: cross from you Kairos or street weekend, money for coffee and donuts at donut stop, cheap pen, watch
What to wear: normal Kairos attire ie collared shirts, not solid color, no open toed shoes, no shorts...
Don't Bring: mobile phones, smart watches that can send or receive text, fancy bling, knives, guns, grenades, flamethrowers, you get the idea :)

PS We have 185 days until Neal 38. Please be in prayer about being part of our team. Ray Saavedra is the weekend leader. We had to make some adjustments to work with the prison and De Falco. Because of this, we will not have a Kairos in October but rather in November. Ray prefers phone calls to emails or text messages. He usually gets off work between 3 and 5 pm. Feel free to call him any day after that. His number is (806)420-9443. We have 185 days until the next Kairos weekend. It is November 16-19, the weekend BEFORE Thanksgiving. His team building dates are 7/22, 8/5, 8/26, 9/9, 10/7, and 11/4.
