Last Team Meeting

Post date: Mar 28, 2016 9:36:16 PM

Dear Kairos Family:

Thank you for your willingness to serve our Lord Jesus Christ by being part of Kairos Prison Ministry. Our final team meeting is this Saturday. It is very important that we have as many team members as possible attend this last team meeting and we prepare to deliver a message of hope, love & encouragement to the Neal Unit. As with the past team meetings this meeting will be at Hillside Christian Church, South Campus with breakfast staring at 8:00 AM. Here are a couple of the items for the meeting and preparation for the Kairos weekend

1) If you are giving a talk and your talk has not been reviewed, please be prepared to have your talk reviewed at this meeting. All talks must be reviewed prior to the Kairos weekend. You will also need to bring four copies of your talk to DeFalco on Thursday, April 14th

2) Continue to work on your encouragement letters, each team member will need to have 42 encouragement letters prepared for the participants. These should be handwritten and leave the salutation blank as we will not have the names of the participants until the Kairos weekend. We will put the names on the letters on Friday evening, the 15th, also bring blank envelope to DeFalco for the letters

3) Prayer Vigils-if you are helping getting a prayer vigil filled our please continue to work on that and if you have circulated it around your group please bring to team meeting this Saturday

4) Continue to PRAY for the men at the Neal Unit, the prison staff and our team. Prayer is the foundation of the weekend and we know God is going to show up and do amazing things and lives will be changed
